Description:  Please join us as we celebrate our 10 Year Club Anniversary. The Club was formed January 2009 and January 2019 we will spin together as a club at CycleBar in Livingston. We will first have a club meeting at REI in East Hanover and then head to CycleBar, just 2 miles down the road. During the club meeting Cazembe will give the presentation on how the club was formed.  We will introduce the club agenda and seek input from the members.    

What to bring: CycleBar will provide shoes to use for FREE or you can bring your own cycling shoes.  The spin bikes are compatible with SPD and LOOK shoes.  They have lockers for your  belongings and showers with bathroom toiletries for you to use.  

What to wear: Tank or t-shirt with form fitting shorts or pants

Special Note: We will be collecting socks for the Homeless Shelter, so please remember to bring socks if you care to contribute to this worthy cause.

Spin Time: 75 minute spin class Start Time: 12:30PM.  The celebration to follow
